I really wanted to enjoy this book. I am fascinated with channeled messages, and I am an avid and well-read spiritual seeker. But the more I read in this book, the more I have to conclude it's just vague and not very useful.Here, I'll invent a message in the style of the Z's to give you a feel for it:
There's a thing. And the thing is very powerful. And you're aware of this power. And sometimes you use it and sometimes you don't. But if you could use this thing, then all things would come to fruition for you in the way you imagine that they would. And if only everyone knew this, then the world would be at peace and on the path to its destiny. But that's okay. It's not time for that now. Now is the time for not having the thing sometimes and sometimes having the thing. Now imagine that you have the thing, and imagine how it feels to have that thing. Etc.
I'm sure readers are able to make what they will out of this ink blot, but there's just not much actual content. Tons of repetition and verbiage.

It was a very pleasant experience! I didn't have a previous reference of the entities channeled by Lee Harris and I really liked the topics explained by them. I learned new things that will improve my life for sure. The way that Lee writes is very helpful to understand the concepts. I really enjoyed to read Energy speaks!
This book is amazing and contains so much information that is truly remarkable. And the ways we are taught how to implement this into our reality right now, right here is just incredibly powerful. Imagine finding out the true purpose of why we sleep and how to use it for your own best progress in life, that information and how to use it, is taught here. Had I read this book two years ago I would not have understood much. But it comes at the right time and if there is one book I would recommend for the preparation for what is to come after december 21 2012 it is this one. Many thanks and blessings to Lee for bringing this to the world.
I chose this book because I've listened to Lee speak at other venues and he is a very good channel for the Z's. I also wanted to see if he had some newer perspectives than other channelers I've read and, of course, he does! The messages brought me back to what I am supposed to be doing in my life now. I recommend it for people who want "to know."
Energy Speaks is Lee's first published collection of beautiful Channeled material that will be sure to touch everyone who reads this book. Not only can you feel this loving energy as you read along ,Lee also includes exercises at the end of each chapter to help you integrate the profound messages channeled through him. As you read his words you will fell a flow of beautiful love and uplifting energy surround you , guiding you in ways you never imagined
I saw Lee when he came to Portland last month and had the most amazing evening. I grabbed a signed copy of Volume 2 of Energy Speaks and was blown away by the uplifting energetics I received during and after reading each channel. I would read one a day and somehow when I decided to read it, it was synchronous with a lesson or theme that I was experiencing at that time. Of course I had to get the First Volume as well. Great work, would highly recommend to anybody who enjoys being reminded of their highest potential and true power.
IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN THE INTENSITY YOU FEEL ALL AROUND DUE TO CHANGES IN EVERY OUTER STRUCTURE IN OUR LIVES, THIS IS THE BOOK FOR YOU. LEE IS A WORLD RENOWNED AND RESPECTED ASTROLOGER WHO BRINGS COHERENT GUIDELINES TO HELP US NAVIGATE THESE HUGE CHANGES. IT IS SOUL CENTERED AS WELL AS PRACTICAL INFORMATION. WHEN YOU COMBINE SCIENCE WITH ENERGETICS, A WELL ROUNDED PICTURE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF CREATING A BEAUTIFULLY FUNCTIONING AND PEACEFUL WORLD EMERGES. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BOOK TO BE READ AND RE-READ.
Energy speaks is a simple and effective message. The format is a compellations of channelled messages from the author. The information channelled is current, clear, concise, and usable. I have personally read many spiritual guidance books. This one is at the top in terms of usability. Each chapter ends with a simple meditative or energy exercise for helping us heal ourselves, and our relationships with others. Although the information is not necessarily new, the presentation of the material and it's simplicity makes it enlightening and effective in my every day life. Highly recommended to all those on a personal journey toward their own truth.
